Refund and Return.

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here's our policy on refunds & returns.

1. Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for any reason.

2. Eligibility: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them. Certain items, like personalized or clearance items, may not be eligible for return.

3. Return Process: To start a return, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back.

4. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, If approved, your refund will be processed within a certain number of days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.

5. Shipping Costs: you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning items, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item sent). 

6. Exchanges: If you need to exchange an item for for the same item in a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order.
